The emerging markets will be characterised by strong economic growth and this will facilitate demand for higher quality and higher quantity packaging with regard to consumer purchases . The low labour costs will also incentivise multinationals to expand the scale of their operations in these markets. Visiongain has determined that the value of the global personal care packaging market in 2013 will reach USD42.91bn .
