Constantia Flexibles Labels Division has rebranded all of its operating units Constantia Flexibles. The historical business names including Grafo Regia, look Haendler & Natermann (and Constantia Label), rx Novis, Sim?Edit, Spear, CM Labels and H&N Suzhou will continue to be used as site designations, but the company name and brand message is Constantia Flexibles.

The Labels Division?s revenues are in excess of EUR485 million and it includes over 2,000 employees.  It operates 19 global facilities including locations in Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Malaysia, Mexico, Romania, the United Kingdom, USA and South Africa.  Product offerings include wet-glue paper, pressure sensitive, shrink, wrap-around, foil, lid labeling and reseal packaging.    Verstraete is included in Constantia Flexibles? Labels Division, but will continue to operate under its existing name due to its unique in-mould product offering and market specific branding.

Mike Henry, Executive Vice-President (EVP), heads the labels division which has been organized into the regions of Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

In addressing the re-branded Constantia Flexibles Labels Division Mr. Henry says, ?It?s critical that the labels division work together as one if we are to be successful. We have an extensive product portfolio and global footprint that offers a clear and simple vision or interaction with our customers.  With the continued consolidation in the FMCG market and associated centralized focus on global brands, there are benefits to everyone if we present a consistent clear image to the customer.?
