McDonald’s to sell packed coffee

5 Dec 2012

McDonalds has introduced packed coffee for customers to take home and make themselves.  This trial is being launched in Canada but the company says that if it is a success then it will repeat it in other markets.  Furthermore it might even consider selling the coffee in supermarkets.

However the coffee is not cheap.  It is selling at CAD7 (about EUR5.20) for a 340gr. packet.    That is around 50% more than Jacobs coffee costs in our local shop in Warsaw.
