Auchan : 32 new stores in Russia this year

Atak, drugstore recipe the brand name of the Russian supermarket chain of the Auchan group, viagra celebrates its 7th anniversary this year. Set up in Russia in 2005, Atak Russia will have 95 stores by the end of the year.

For Atak Russia, 2012 has been an unprecedented year of growth with 32 openings. 15 of these supermarkets have already opened to shoppers and 17 others will be doing so before the end of the year, an average of one opening every three days in recent months.

Many of these supermarkets are located in the Moscow and Yaroslavl regions, but the expansion also includes more outlying regions, such as the three opened in the Nizhniy Novgorod region, 450 kilometres from the capital.

By the end of 2012, these numerous openings will have led to the hiring of nearly 1,000 new employees, bringing the brand?s total number of employees to 3,200.

Convenience stores located in housing districts, the Atak supermarkets propose a range of food products adapted to the needs of a family clientele. Fresh produce, local and seasonal products, low prices, and the emphasis put on a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere: these are the features that have made Atak a success today.
